Jeremy Huber attended Nevada Boys’ State as a delegate in 2013 and returned as a counselor the following year.
Jeremy was a respected and well-liked counselor whose kindness, dedication and thoughtfulness had an impact on all those who knew him and embodied the values taught at Boys’ State.
From officiating sports competitions to hustling students around Carson City in a massive scavenger hunt and counseling students about their lives on walks between events, his contributions left our program and the people who met him better than he found it.
Jeremy’s affect on Boys’ State was significant–and a lesson in how earnestness, hard work and a good attitude can accomplish much in a short span of time.
